EMC Testing to ACA Requirements for Australia and New Zealand
The Australian Communications Authority (ACA) is responsible for regulating telecommunications and radio communications including promoting industry self-regulation and managing the radio-frequency spectrum. The ACA also has significant consumer protection responsibilities. Access to the radio-frequency spectrum is facilitated by the ACA through licensing, managing interference and ensuring industry compliance with mandatory standards and conditions. Most IT equipment must meet both emissions and immunity requirements. The Australian standards are derived from international standards (IEC) and are equivalent to many of the European standards (EN). Please contact us at 770.74.0717 or via email at

EMC Testing to CCC Requirements for Peoples Republic of China
The Peoples Republic of China (PRC) has introduced a new compulsory certification mark called CCC. The new system requires manufacturers in 132 product categories to obtain the China Compulsory Certification (CCC) mark before exporting to PRC. The CCC Mark is consolidating the previous CCIB and CCEE Mark requirements for electrical commodities. The implementation of the new system is administered by the Certification and Accreditation Administration (CNCA). The China Quality Certification Center (CQC) is designated by CNCA to process CCC mark applications. The China Complsory Certification was initially implemented in May 2002 and became fully effective on August 1, 2003.
