Testing to ANSI/IEEE/TIA Standards

Telecommunication products are often designed to operate with a variety of network interfaces and other telecommunications products. Standards organization, such as the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) define the functional and performance criteria for telecommunications equipment intended to operate within the North American Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN).

Manufacturer's can ensure seamless interconnection, consistent functionality and performance with other telecom products or the PSTN by testing to the appropriate standard.

U.S. Technologies offers performance and functional testing to most ANSI/IEEE/TIA standards and assists clients in identifying potential problems before they become costly after-market maintenance or recall issues. Below is a list of standards for which U.S. Technologies offers testing services. Contact a U.S. Technologies representative for testing requirements to any standard not listed.
